Just Another Part 1

Just Another (Part 1):

Looking into his eyes, then down to his finger
watching it slowly pulling on the trigger
The gun stuck, pointing at his chin
BANG!
In his head the bullet is
and in the air the bullet hangs

Slumping against something on the floor
everyone asking "what was this for?"
inside his pocket, an envelope
dead on the floor still with some hope
hoping someone would read it out
the final thoughts of this once dying man

Blood gushing from his head
from the man they know is dead
the man on the floor got his miracle
whilst everyone else gets hysterical
finally someone reaches for a pulse
then pulls back terribly repulsed

But what if this man wasn't a man, what if he was a boy?
A boy with a love that was once destroyed
what if this place was his school
and his body lay in the assembly hall
what about the bullies that coaxed him on
those bullies that now feel so wrong

How long will everyone remember
this boy who was just another
